How long can I store for?

Whether you want to store long term or are looking for temporary storage, we can help. Our minimum hire period is 4 weeks. Our web pages Help Me Choose and How to Book will be particularly helpful.

Who holds the keys?

We provide you with 2 keys and you are the only key holder.
A word of advice. Some of our customers are moving house or office, or building an extension. It’s a very busy time. Have a think about where you will keep your keys and how you will find them.

How does the refundable deposit work?

We ask for a £70 deposit before you take possession, but it is fully refundable when you vacate. You need to leave the container clean and tidy and don’t forget, you need to return the keys.

When can I access my goods?

Our opening hours are
- Seven days a week and almost all bank holidays.
- Mon–Sat 8am-5pm
- Sun and Bank Hols 10am-5pm
- Late Nights, Thursday and Friday 7.30pm (April to September)
You just need to check over Christmas and the New Year for any variation.

Is seasonal storage available?

Our customers often use us seasonally for convenient off site storage from their businesses.
Some people use us seasonally for personal storage such as for summer or winter sports equipment.
If children are at home from college during the summer holidays and storage space is tight at home, customers use our storage containers for their excess household storage.
Remember that the minimum hire charge is just four weeks.

How do containers compare to warehousing?

Our storage containers offer an excellent alternative to warehouse storage. The access from your van, car or lorry to your belongings is generally easier and our prices compare extremely favourably. We are located out of town, on a main road so you don't have to struggle with town traffic to get to us and there's plenty of space.
