Post : Maintenance Team temp – Exterior Painting

Role : Fixed term contract with completion bonus, to prepare and then paint steel storage units at our premises in Eversley

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Contract term : to start as soon as possible and end August 31st (with possible extension into September, by mutual agreement)

Salary : £10.42 per hour, gross. Plus completion bonus, payable at the end of the the fixed term.

Greenfords Ltd is a longstanding business with a real focus on customer service. We are based at our offices in Eversley, Hampshire. The company has two principle activities:

• Eversley Storage provides self storage facilities and warehousing
• Greenford Park Homes develops and manages quality park home estates

1. To prepare storage units for repainting, with an understanding that the preparation stage is critical to achieving a satisfactory, long-lasting and weatherproof finish after painting.
2. To repaint the prepared units, to meet the requirements of our specification.
3. To pass paperwork on prepared and completed units to the Senior Maintenance Engineer, for review.
4. To undertake additional general maintenance tasks, as requested by the Senior Maintenance Engineer.
